The staff was very helpful and help with a smile. The only think I did not like or understand was the $15.00 FLAT FEE TO USE THE GYM. I could not believe it. In alm of my time traveling I have never paid to use the gym.
They need to fix it for the price you pay for a room that should be included. I have stayed at other 5 star hotels and never paid for the gym. Other than that my stay was perfect.
