Exceptional customer service every time I have needed assistance over the past 15 years. Terry made repairs to the equipment inside my home. I appreciated that he removed his shoes upon entering my home. He zeroed in on the problem immediately and replaced the faulty equipment then provided me with a detailed explanation of what was wrong. I have continued to retain Consolidated's services even though there may be less expensive options from other companies PRIMARILY because of their outstanding customer service. I especially appreciate their 24-hour online telephone service.
