Badly organised. Solid or better staff is overshadowed by staff who have left their energy, heart and will to "care" at home. Files will be included in the next report without any further inquiries. Prejudices are great. Too many mistakes and misdiagnoses in some departments. 2 stars, because others do not accept the "norm" and continue to fight against the dead.
