Reception was fine but I personally don't agree with allowable time frames... Normally it takes 1 hr. to change oil and rotate tires (even that is Long). The service writer tells me they have 1 1/2 hour to do it....I could do 4 to 5 vehicles in that time frame. I set up to get my transmission flushed.... All in all it took 3 hours to do this work (again I feel just because they are allowed to large about of time doesn't mean they should be taking it.). Now in the morning I have a rattle like the heat shied is loose until it gets warmed up. Never had this rattle before the transmission flush. I know there is a shield on the side of the transmission protecting the lines that needs to be removed for a flush. So now I have it scheduled to be brought in on Tues. so you can have it first thing Wed. morning when the system is cold. Bottom line this should never have happened.
