Bought my Scion tC from there in '08 and love it. Had some issues with oil consumption around 95,000 miles - the service department had to go to a lot of work to diagnose the issue, and then when it turned out to be some pretty major work, they worked really closely with me to help keep costs down. Love that! All fixed, ready to drive it another 95,000 miles. Also liked how they stayed in close contact with me throughout the whole process and explained everything to me in detail (and repeated things at the speed I needed . . . slowly . . . ). As an educator, I love it when things are explained well that just makes me happy...
