Little professionalism, delays of several hours on the scheduled time, lack of communication. Two years ago, the excess delays did not allow us to make the planned descent on the river. This year over an hour late, on schedule, although there were no people waiting. Information on the reasons for the delay was provided to us only upon our explicit request. Still to evaluate the "descent" on a rubber dinghy as I came there twice and for the moment I gave up due to excessive delays that were difficult to deal with small children.
