Pizza Hut Inc Review

How is this place even open?!? Order by phone. It's wrong. Call in. It's wrong. Walk in. It's wrong. Manager wouldn't know customer service if you wrote it in a book and slapped him with it. Way better places in town to get a pizza.

Best wings in town. Super meaty bone in wings. Love em.

This new location offers an expanded menu and a much better, modern atmosphere. The staff is always courteous and quick with service.

Ordered online for pickup. Available when they said. Took a bit to get it all bagged up. Had to come back to get the drink. Then realized we had a missing item once I got home. We order quite a bit of food..I usually check before I leave but was rushed for time. Called in, and was asked if I wanted a refund or to come in. Since it was a giftcard they place the item "on my account". Went to redeem it and was told it expired. Was not aware that there was a super short expiration on it, would have been great to have been given this information. We don't eat pizzahut but a few times a year. Late January was the time of our order. So...yeah.

Very delicious pizzas that sell there, I recommend, anyway ...

Just another pizza hut. Waiting for the new walk in restaurant opening later this year. Should be nice.

I made an online order and when I walked in was immediately yelled at and asked "what do you want?". He didnt hear my answer and again yelled at me in a rude tone "What do you want?". This time he heard me and directed me to the cash register where another lady yelled at me and asked what I wanted. By this time I was annoyed and she gave me a disgruntled look while she went to get my order. 3 stars because of the rude service but at least my order was made on time.

The bargain pizzas hardly have any toppings! Not worth the money for just bread and a few toppings!

Love that I could order my pizza and they had it hot and ready by the time they said and my order was correct.

Why can't zero stars be an option? I ordered online for delivery. The order was over 50 minutes later than the estimated time of delivery when I called and got no explanation after waiting on hold for 5 minutes.
The restaurant would not answer a phone call and machine puts you on hold after a few rings. From the time it notified me it was out for delivery it took over 30 minutes before I gave up....TO GO LESS THAN ONE MILE!!!!!!

Delivery 45 min late and stealing stuff at the front porch.

Need more customer service order take-out and no cheese, no envelopes from Chile give .....

Customer service sucks at 21st and amidon. Called 20 mins before picking up my order, they messed up my order TWICE while waiting in the drive thru. Did not give any type of discount or refund whatsoever after us waiting in the for nearly 40 minutes.

The worst customer service, I ordered wings and a pizza. The wings hardly had any sauce, I had asked for some more and I had to pay for it. They didn t have any paper plates, which any other location are able too, so I was confused. Wouldn t recommend anyone for carry out.

Ordered a couple medium pizzas with cinnabon cinnamon rolls online, after 2 hours called them and they said they hadn't received the order yet they took money from my card. Had to go pick up the pizza.

Went to Pizza Hut for lunch this is what they call a side salad... it's bigger than most people's regular salad. This Pizza Hut has the best staff ever they're always friendly and just very very helpful.

Ok. First... the guy at the register was extremely rude, we interrupted his texting. My order was wrong, which I could see if it was a crazy order but it was a two topping lunch pizza.. and they were not busy. They had myself and two coworkers in the restaurant.... that was it. .. that's not the worst part. The place was DISGUSTINGLY FILTHY!!

A guy with glasses was super rude would not recommend going there they are not friendly at all !

Just ordered pizza here I live in the area. I had a sick kid at home and his mom works third shift I ordered my pizza and wing a half hour early for carrout. Showed up and no one dropped my wings apparently so I had a eight minute wait came back and still had a fifteen minute wait. When I get home and open my wings they where half sauced half breaded. My pizza was cold. I called and was hassled before talk to the manager and once I got the chance to talk to him I got a sarcastic apology with the excuse being that the woman that sauced the wings just chose not to shake them up. Ridiculous service.

Location is very popular for quick pizza orders, but can be crowded on a Friday/Saturday night. Best to order online.

Always late. I Showed up 10 minutes late to pick my pizza up and still had to wait 7 more minutes. Even worse time before that. I'm done with this place!

Disgusting.. found a hair in my food..it was the last slice. Ew.. I called and informed the manager and they were unsympathetic and unsurprised. They said it just happens from time to time. No apology was offered, though he offered to send out another pizza like that would help anything. Horrible customer service. When I asked why he hadn't even apologized he said he was "just about to apologize for the inconvenience after I made sure there wasn't anything else wrong with the delivery" it's not an inconvenience, it's nasty. And an apology is the first thing they should say. So disappointed.

Been ordering from here for years but today it took an hour to recive 2 cold pizzas.

I THINK it's disgusting that people are not made to wear gloves or at least have a hand wash station where people can see it. The manager is an a......e!!!! Never smiles and the person making the pizza has a dirty T-shirt on. Drive around to leave and everyone is out back smoking, even manager!!!!! Two words......FRIKEN GROSS!!!!!!

I do enjoy Pizza Hut but this one since they moved to across the street from original location, this one has been disappointing. The online order when it's available doesn't work. The marinara for bread sticks apparently can't be heated so it's always cold. I've never had a correct order from this location or on time. I had given up on them years ago but lately I've tried again but you would be better getting a home made pizza because this just disappoints when you are craving something good or Go to a different location.

Not impressed with this pizza hut at all. Got my pizza 40 minutes pass the time they estimated it would be here. All of the food is cold , and the sauce amount is ridiculous when I called 40 minutes ago she said it was gonna be a few minutes more. A few means not 40.... Very disappointing

The new ground beef looks like dog food an the sauce taste like sugar

No one greeted us or offered to take our order for at least five minutes. We waited at the counter while employees walked right past us. Food was delivered but server didn't ask if we needed anything else. Disappointing experience.

Terribly rude employees. They never get the crust right and serve it undercooked.

This place was so filthy disgusting. We asked for our money back and I called corperate on site. The store had just opened from being closed on Christmas day. It should have been clean. I have never felt so gross in my life.

They messed up on my order 1 time but other than that its great.

Before they moved, it was always good eats. Since they moved, it's been hit or miss. Since they have moved, we have dined in a couple times and ordered carryout a couple times. One of each was very good, one of each was very lacking. On the takeout order, the crusts were very dense and flat (I suspected frozen, pre-made dough), and there was very little cheese which made it very crispy instead of melted and stretchy like it usually is. After complaining to them, they did send us a coupon for a free large pizza. When we dinner in, it wasn't as bad, but the crust still seemed frozen. They have improved since then, however, and are getting back to their old yumminess of before they moved across the street. That being said, I'm not a fan of the new dine in location. The tables are already very wobbly and the entire dining room just seems very cheaply put together. If you order more than a single medium pizza for a table of four, there isn't hardly room on the table for plates. There is plenty of room in the dining room. They could have done a lot more with it than they did.

Drivers are always on time get personalities and attention to detail. I go here often....or they come to me

The new Pizza Hut! Love that it has a drive thru for quick pick ups, plus a dine in area that has a little bar like area for those quick lunch times.

Ordered online and They messed up my order should ve when to go get a 5$ pizza I called they did not answer so we when to the place and they seen me at the door and they ignored me

Good food. Very polite, but workers were shouting across the dining area to each other and when phones would ring, they would hear it but take a very long time to answer, one worker was walking around the dining area on his phone for half the time we were there.

Inside the restaurant it was so hot. The AC was either not on, or needs fixed. I felt light-headed just because it was so hot inside. I can only imagine how hot the employees feel, especially being around an oven. This isn t safe, and it needs to be fixed ASAP.

Took a while to get our pizzas then after they brought our food we noticed it wasn't cooked all the way. The cheese wasnt even really melted and there wasn't very much cheese on the pizza any way. I've had way better from pizza hut.

What a joke!!! Worst pizza hut town by far, won't ever be back to this location. The employees did more goofing around then working. Then when our order was finally ready it completely wrong, great job!

My experience was very poor. I had ordered in my pizza, and after due time, and then waiting inside the store for an estimated extra 30 minutes, I was told my pizza had been done for 20. After I expressed my dismay, they offered me a free Pepsi. However, when I got home my pizza was cold, and my giant cookie had been severely burnt. Not a very gleeful undergo.

We just ordered a pizza to take home. The price was great, the wait was only 10 minutes and the pizza, grilled chicken with red onion, was tasty. We had a Corona while we waited for the pizza that was not good.

Horrible customer service!! The manager needs to be trained properly in customer service. Instead of trying to work with me on a mistake they made, he insulted me. I own a business and ever would I talk to a customer the way he did me. New management needed ASAP!!

The last few times we have ordered from here it has not been a great experience, if we go to the location to order they are always busy inside, rude to the customers, and we watched them ignore the phone ringing many times. We decided to try the online order the last two times and the first time they got the order of the pizza all wrong and the most recent time it was a rainy Wednesday at 5 and we didn't get our pizza for two hours and when they finally showed up the pizza and breadsticks were cold. I am thinking we will have to start going to a different location, this one seems to be going downhill.

Went in 20 minutes after open. Entrance was still locked. Floors and tables were very dirty. Staff acted like we were an inconvenience because we were dining in.

Service is excellent! The pizza is delicious but not my favorite.

This is our favorite pizza place and I live in Park City. They always make our pizzas how we like them so we go clear out on West 21st Street 4r Pizza.

Its a great place to eat with friendly people and good food
