Back in January, I went through the normal steps of working with a staffing agency: a quick phone interview, an in-person interview with several people on staff, and completion of some basic software testing from home.

I have received zero contact from Whitman Associates over the past 2 months.

Based on the multitude of other positive reviews, I still believe this staffing firm would be a great choice for those in the DMV area--everyone on staff was very kind and professional, but any sort of heads-up that I was not being considered for positions through the agency would have been appreciated.

No missed calls, voicemails, or e-mails from Whitman on my end for January. It's fine--there must have been miscommunication on both ends. Like I said, I still believe this staffing firm would be a great choice.
