Very seldom do I misunderstand, what someone is telling me. For me to be told to bring my paperwork, that they will put me in a car tonight! To test drive a vehicle, and then be told they could not do anything for me. They did not bother to show me any used cars, since they had said they had nothing to offer me, I felt like they were looking down their nose at me. Then to be told that the manager doubts very much if his faithful employee that has been there 10 years had told me to come on up and, he was rounding up the cars to see what car I would qualify for. I wouldn't have wasted my gas or my time! You can take what you will from this, just make sure you're prepared for someone to imply that you're lying.
