I called Gillece two weeks prior to set up an appointment for a service check. My husband took the day off of work and Gillece called to reschedule. I know things do happen, but he rescheduled for a Saturday and again Gillece never showed another day off of work. However, we did receive a call at 9:30 pm to reschedule (they were to be there before 4:00 pm). So again he rescheduled for Sunday and finally Gillece came to check the furnace. I guess third time is a charm. The service technician was great, check furnace, was polite and understanding to the complaint. Not sure if would recommend them for service checks? they seem to have miscommunication scheduling appointments to scheduling with technicians
