I have completed several loans with Shelley Martin and her team, and every time they work hard to get it done, which is why I always return to Shelley and Debbie when I need a loan. As the industry moves forward, more documents are required. I had difficulty getting a required document in a timely manner from a third party that was required for this loan to close. Fortunately Shelley was able to put a hold on a lock that had expired. Although the final document was submitted late, Shelley was able to hold the loan long enough to complete the process.
