Very nice place--well-appointed living space. One very major blunder. Mgmt seems to think that, because it's Summer, there's no need for heat, so they turn it off for the whole building. Bad idea in the Rockies. You will freeze at night, no way around it. Ask for a space heater on booking or find another place where you can control your room temp. It makes or breaks your stay if your not shivering under the covers.
