We have had an excellent experience with your staff and their service. Brian coming to remove an old oven and install a new. He did this, and looked at our fire alarms which needed to be replaced. Unfortunately, when he was removing the old oven, he dropped it on the front step which crumbled and cracked, and will need to be repaired.
The old oven was picked up today. Also Selim T came today to install the new fire alarms and a safety switch for the oven. Both staff were friendly and helpful.
Except for the incident with the broken front step, it was a very good experience.
