I was instructed to request my vehicle 15 minutes before departure; however I've been waiting close to an hour. I was told that the parking garage for valet is 25 minutes away. Had I known I'd be waiting for such a very long time I wouldn't have done valet parking at the Fogo in center city Philadelphia. This experience completely defeats the purpose of valet parking. I will be requesting a full refund.
