The Ransom Oaks Community located in East Amherst hired Beauty Pools to convert 6 pools from bromine to salt. Jay from Service did an amazing job of coordinating this project to make sure each system was installed on time. Jay is very knowledgeable and is committed to establishing and maintaining a great working relationship. When it came to installing each salt water system, Tony from Service took the time to plan out where all of the new equipment would go and reconfigured the existing equipment where needed to make each system look great and operate at peak performance. His workmanship is second to none. Jay explained how the system works and most important, he made himself available to answer our questions as we opened each pool. That kind of service is priceless when dealing with this kind of equipment. We were also impressed with how Jay and Tony worked with us on additional repairs and maintenance that we needed to get done in a short timeframe. They took the time educate us so we could make the right decision. We have made Beauty Pools our only pool company for all of our pool needs.
