I came here for treatment in January of 2015 and stayed for 2 weeks. It was as decent as a place like this could be. It was clean, a lot better than jail, although they made it known that it was a higher end substitute. I'm still friends with one of my peers who was there with me. It was a formidable place to get reprogrammed on my meds that I needed at the time. I've since recovered luckily, but HCPC offered a safe transition to MHMRA, and an immediate solution to my symptoms that proved too much to handle for my physical body at the time. I liked the fact that it is ran by UT.
