My first time at Erasmuc MC was totally unprofessional.

1-) Desk staff have made an appointment with a wrong doctor. I realized this once I was there for the appointment.
2-) The (wrong) doctor would sort it all out for me ... I haven't heard anything!
3-) I called the desk clerk and they tell me if I can come again for a consultation, this time with the right doctor. What happened to all that data with the first one then? Do I have too many days off or something?
4-) Emailed a few weeks ago and still no response.
5-) They just want to take photos right away while I have only come for a consultation. They indicated that photos go with a consultation. I think that is anormal. Why don't you let me know then? I now have to pay everything from my own pocket instead of the insurer. Otherwise I would have planned the appointment next year.
6-) If you call them they have zero comma zero understanding. They react very dry. They don't even say sorry or anything.
