A Gold plated t**d is still a t**d. Diamond Member. In a 'newly renovated' room! Towel rack and soap tray falling off wall in shower. Tub stopper not working and left tub. Sliding door must be made of some new transparent rice paper as beautiful view and sounds from I95 fill the room with ambience. Conjoined room doors painted shut. Maintenance member needed access to try to forcefully open door from my room. Saftey latch on door starting to pull out. Just awesome.
