While the staff had a professional attitude, I (the seller) did not receive any documentation prior to the closing date, and some documentation presented at the closing was in error. The buyer also did not receive all of their documentation. Despite several phone calls, at no point did their staff confirm that documentation had been received. Assurance's response to these errors was that they "did everything we were supposed to do."
