First of all, this place reminds me of the DMV - they are cold, they don't care and, they have attitudes. You have to just deal with it because you need their services else you don't get your job. Second, make sure you have an appointment pre-scheduled because they are not fond of walk-ins. I'd highly recommend using the website as the phone menu is a convoluted disaster. I'm only giving two stars because the person who did my finger prints had an attitude the entire time that I didn't appreciate.
