My mother is 70 years old I took down to the beach and Santa Monica and we walked along the surf I underestimated the length of the beach walk back up so we got out at Shutters on the Beach she sat on the bench in front of the hotel and I went to find her some water cuz she was sweating profusely I went into the bar kindly asked if I could buy a bottle of water and they said that it was going to be $15 for a bottle I then asked if I could just have a cup of water and they denied me because I was not a guest I'm sorry but for someone to treat another human being the way that bartender treated us on Saturday July 14th I just think it's completely wrong and I will do everything in my power to tell everyone I know never to stay at shutters
