Back in 2013 I was sold a Malibu by Ray Jr and Chris. It was my first car that I have bought and they were great walking me through the process of purchasing the perfect car for me. The service was outstanding compared to other dealerships that I had been to. Comparatively, Ray gave me everything that I needed: the car I wanted, the price I wanted, and no games. It was awesome. I am thrilled with my car to this day.

Fast forward to January 2015, there was a piece of my vehicle that was defective. I called my salesman, Ray Jr up and asked him what I needed to do to get it fixed. He got me an appointment in the dealership immediately to fix my problem, and it was all covered the warranty that Ray set me up with. A couple of days later I got a call from Ray and Steve from the service department informing me that the piece they had ordered for my car was "not perfect" and that I could hold on to the loaner vehicle (brand new 2015 Silverado!) for a few more days while they get the right piece in for my car. When I got to the dealership, not only was my car repaired, but I was given a free detail and oil change because of the inconvenience of having to wait a few more days. I could not be more happy with the service that Ray, Steve and the service department gave me.
