Terrible company to deal with, no concern for customer service.
I should have learned my lesson as back in April when I had a really bad experience with Ebuyer. I ordered from them again last Thursday as they had the item I wanted at a good price, as I was going away for a couple of days I opted for the within 5 working day delivery. The 5 working day delivery should have been today but as of last night my order had not been processed, if fact it had not changed in 6 days. I had to ring ebuyer who assured me that the item would definitely arrive with me today. Well I am sat writing this after waiting all day for the item which is not arriving!
What has really annoyed me is that Ebuyer have had my money for over a week now, the item was in stock at the time of ordering so why have they not processed the order and shipped it sooner than the last day before they said it would arrive, especially as they use Yodel which are a renowned for their poor service and unreliability. It really is a poor service. I cannot understand why they would chose to wait until the day before the item is due to send it as the service they are having to use is a next day service and you would assume an expensive way of sending items.
No one can tell me why the parcel hasn't arrived or when it will be with me so more wasted time and money waiting in.
I ended up dealing with Scott who monitors reviews, he stopped the delivery as i had decided to buy from Amazon, and i have now received a refund for the item
