I spent the night in this hotel between the 12th and the 13th september 2015, I really have lived a nightmare-night, because they gave me a room for smokers, even if I'm not and no one asked me if I was a smoker. In that night there was a party in the hotel somewhere, the music was horribly loud, and in 6 hours I cannot rest for a single minute.
For what paid and for the reputation of this hotel (which is high, 4 stars) I expected to be better welcomed and to receive a much better service.
I complained with the manager in charge, reporting all this.
I hope the service will improve. I absolutely do not advise this hotel.
