Poor service, rude staff, high prices. Went for 5 days which is not cheap. One real restaurant open and they almost seemed annoyed when calling from room to come down and pick up. Rooms were very old and not clean. Coffee shop closes at 2pm most days and when I bring my free coffee card down , the younger girl doesn t want to take it when I order something more expensive than coffee which I have no problem paying the additional cost. Everything was just a hassle. Ended up going into town to try to find food which should not happen. I was hoping not to leave resort but when it came time to eat if was a total pain. It s a shame too because there are a lot of things to do during covid but I reached out after my 5 day trip with issues and not once was I offered anything. Free room, some form of credit, nothing! Kids want to go back but how can you with the customer service. They are too young to even know how bad it was.
