Horrible staff service. Tried calling twice to talk to my cousin, gave the code. Her mother had my name on the list. They yelled and said WE CAN NOT CONFIRM OR DENY THAT THE PATIENT IS HERE. And hung up on me... very rude, very impolite, most definitely could have better operating systems.
