I usually love shopping at David Jones but after a very horrible experience with one staff member today I have to rate this place a 1. While waiting for a lift I found the button was not lighting up to show a lift was on its way, because of this I pressed it a few times in the hopes it would light up. From around the corner a woman yelled at me to stop pressing the button and before I could explain the reason she SCOFFED in my face and trotted away. This is a disgusting way to treat customers and I was appalled at her rudeness. To yell at me in front of other customers was embarrassing enough but to be scoffed at was beyond acceptable. I work in customer service and I would not dare treat a customer as she did. Ladies if you are on level 4 watch out for the 6 foot, short haired woman because she is not someone you want to come across.
