Very poor customer experience. Had my AC fixed and it worked for one day. Called to talk to the service department on Tuesday and told that Ryan was off but would call me in the morning and was given voicemail. No call by Thursday afternoon. I called and asked to speak to Ryan or a manager. Got a call at 4:56pm, missed the call by seconds, I called back and got voicemail. Drove to the service department this morning, Friday, and talked to Ryan. No apologies that he or anyone else didn t call me about my concerns. 3 days to talk with someone about this, really?
