For $850 a night, I expected a high-end, customer-service driven resort. Instead, we received a room that was not daily cleaned and garbage left in the hallway for 2 days by another guest. Torn garbage bags with garbage strewn in the entry way to our room was not the type of experience I was anticipating.

While the location is spectacular, the experience is not worth the money.
