The Matt Laricy Group is a team filled with detail-oriented professionals. Matt, Joe, and Jamie were amazing to work with.

Matt and his staff answered all of our questions, worked well with the lawyers and seller's realtor to make this process go really smoothly. We were even able to close a week early!

Jamie is incredibly organized and an excellent communicator. We always knew where we needed to be and what we were seeing. If the schedule shifted, we knew. If we weren t able to see a unit, we knew. There were never any surprises. When an emergency arose and we were unable to attend our appointments, she shifted them all to the following day on short notice. She even made it seem like it was no big deal and easy to do.

Matt went above and beyond in every aspect of this process. He walked us through lots of condos so that we could get a sense for different options to help us set priorities for what was really important for us. He would let us form our own opinions, but was willing to share his perspective too. He reads a ton about new developments and keeps up to date on everything going on in the city. He is very knowledgeable about the city and changes that might be happening. He kept an ear open for units that might be coming on the market and reached out to his colleagues to see if anything meeting our needs was going to become available. I really can't say enough about how great it was to work with Matt. He made us feel like we were his top priority every time we talked or met. Finally, he's just a really nice guy who was genuinely interested in finding us a home.
