My husband and I were quoted a price for siding our new house and gave $100 deposit. After a week or two of not hearing from the representative, Jim, we called and were told the agreed upon contract price was now thousands of dollars more. Bare in mind, no changes to the scope of work were made, they just arbitrarily changed the price.
At that point we said we would not have the work done since they did not hold to their price.
We have been trying to get our deposit back ever since. At this point Jim has just avoided phone calls or given us "the check is in the mail" routine.
I hope this review either gets me my deposit back or at the very least warns others not to use this company.
