I had the most horrible experience from the beginning. Bought 2 new cars from Dollah and he was very pushy to make the sale right away and made false promises. Also he failed to follow through on items we discussed during our 2 day long drawn out sale process. That being said, when we finally picked up the cars, I had a back up camera installed from the dealer which apparently they use a 3rd party company to install it. The company is Auto Action in Kenilworth. They were also very difficult to deal with. When I picked up the car from bmw after they installed the camera, the image was inverted and they had broken a piece of my trunk while installing it. How can this even happen? Someone did a very sloppy job and didn t even check the image. Also the piece of my trunk that was broken they removed the piece but left a small piece of plastic which I noticed and questioned. They tried to deny it but finally fixed both issues. I spoke to Gene who is the sales manager and he tried to brush it off like it was nothing. I am very unhappy and will never purchase a vehicle from this dealership ever again. I work in the customer service industry and this was very upsetting how a large company could treat a customer this way. I take pride in my customer service skills and this was appalling and extremely upsetting to me. Not even an apology from management. The only person who gave me some faith was Gabe in service, he is amazing and highly professional. Gabe did everything he could to ensure I had a great experience but he could only do so much as management dictates all there.
