Our tech was Aurelio Lerma, he was so professional and such a blessing to have in our home taking care of us. He was so on point with explaining everything to me, Thank you for his professionalism and he was a joy to be around. So if possible we would love for him to remain our service tech if we need anyone again hopefully NOT because you guys have had to be here to often. Again I am grateful.
