Do NOT come here !! I wouldn t even trust my dog here. I have been living in Miami my entire life for 25 years to be exact. My stay was horrible and honestly felt ashamed and humiliated.I was Not only MISDIAGNOSED but also made fun of by nurses, staff, and doctors right outside the hospital room that was probably the reason for the error even though it was 3 days .I know people are human and interactions can be criticized or humorous but to be ridiculed right outside the hospital room with the tv on is unacceptable. My stay at mountsinai makes me realize how a hospital in Dominican Republic was better.Go to Baptist they are professional and put effort into safety plus diagnosis . Yes , people are human and make mistakes as in any hospital can occur. They made me get an X ray and MRI when ur not even there for a muscle or bone issue. Being here made me appreciate great hospitals like UCLA in west wood or Baptist hospital, and even Larkin hospital who don t run radiology or tests if there is a cheaper or more efficient route. if you have time don t waste a second here it epitomizes greed and the sad state of our health care industry is in.
