Brought the car in to get AC checked 5 days ago, they tried to charge us $450 for an AC recharge. After calling warranty it turns out we have 6k miles left before it expires. This location tried to get $450 out of a family that does not have it, as well as refusing to fix the AC in 90-100 degree weather in Chicago. Not to mention this is the 2nd new car we bought from this dealership. Never going back and I would suggest nobody give this joke of a dealership any time or money. You have been warned.
UPDATE- They are still rude and offer little to no help. Awful dealership.
