The staff are friendly and well trained, the facilities are just old! It is a castle on the outside which is kind of fun. I was given one of those room "upgrades" which seemed like a bait and switch. Right by the electrical room that buzzed so loud I had to wear ear plugs, the loud a.c. unit didn't help either. Im guessing most rooms aren't like that though. The food wasn't great. If they actually updated the rooms (wall coverings, carpeting, quiet a.c. units) then the place would climb up the rankings.
