The only positive thing I ll state is that the food was excellent.

However, I will never forget how much this catering service ruined my reception after all the money I spent organizing and coordinating everything myself. I had no wedding planner which I wish I got. This company did not precisely follow the schedule by not getting up guests in time to get food that I had to cut out certain songs and dances which was very upsetting. When I tried to speak with my assigned coordinator she was became conveniently unavailable and wouldn t return any of my calls. I was told the ceremony didn t start in time and when I confronted the guy who married us who was also the boss of the venue he was quite upset that the catering company would say this because according to him he runs a tight ship . In a later conversation with the owner of the catering company, Bill Clownie, I discovered he was surprisingly unreasonable, unprofessional and was highly offended as he spoke down on us and was quite rude. This is not how to run a business. He did not want to take any accountability for what happened and even threatened to take us to court. For what?! Stay away from this horrible catering service if you want to have a perfect wedding from start to finish. You will not get your money s worth and if you complain or tell them about a problem don t expect an apology. Instead expect horrible customer service, even from the owner. It was not Simply Elegant and until this day, years later I can never forget how much they screwed a lot of things up.
