My wife and I stayed here for a week... Staff was not friendly at all except for Chris from the overnight front desk. On top of that there were roaches in our closet and most disgusting while we were eating our IRD on the desk a roach was walking around the desk. Because, of that we ended staying in Orlando at the Sheraton Vistana Villa Resort which we loved and didnt even want to come back to the Sheraton Miami. On our last morning having breakfast while serving my eggs found hair inside. When I reported the finding. They didnt even bother removing the pan with the eggs inside. Room was not cleaned properly garbage left overnight and still was here when returning. Bath tub was not cleaned properly dark ring around the bottom of the bathtub... Would never stay here again...
