If I could choose 0 stars I would! Ordered a set...

If I could choose 0 stars I would! Ordered a set of fender flares which arrived damaged. I notified American Trucks and they sent me a return number but no shipping label. I sent the package back at my cost of $250, which I expected to be reimbursed for. They have refused, claiming to have sent me return labels on 2 separate occasions...never received them! I asked for proof of these labels which they have not be able to provide. Instead, I am told they went out of there system to create the labels and can not provide the proof I am requesting...yet still no reimbursement. Instead they choose to send me a second set of flares which AGAIN arrived damaged. Sending these back as well for a full refund but still fighting the for the reimbursement. This has been a terrible experience. The customer support manager is totally incapable of handling this situation professionally. I have been mislead, lied to and ignored for the last week. I have also requested to have this escalated to a senior manager, that hasn't happened either. So no fender flares, and I am out $250 because American Trucks could not ship a product in acceptable condition in the first place. Take my advice...shop somewhere else.
