George contacted myself in February (2019.. I have to say, my first impression was that he was friendly and professional at the same time.

In between my interviews, he was supportive and extremely encouraging (especially when I was unsure about the role).
However, I cannot thank him enough and delighted to say that I have started the role as Store Manager and I have no regrets. If you ever encounter George, you will be in safe hands- Thank you George!! :)
