We purchased our Santa Fe Sport 2.0 Turbo here in 2016 and I've been in love with our car ever since! The reason for my review today is to say a big Thank-You to the Service Dept. and Staff at Thornhill Hyundai. I had to bring the vehicle in several times since some parts had to be special ordered. Salar was my advisor each time and he was friendly, knowledgable and compassionate, he also made sure my car was well serviced.
It goes beyond that though, since I now live in Aurora (way outside the shuttle area from Thornhill), here is why my loyalties to this dealership stay true... Salar arranged to have me picked up, got me a rental when something took several days, and on another occasion arranged a quiet office space for me to work in while I waited. The attention to detail in customer service, (from the moment you get out of your car, to everyone in between who are ready to help), is excellent and not something I will forget. Thanks to everyone on the service team.
