My family and I rented one of the meeting rooms for my daughter s surprise wedding proposal. Everyone and everything was beyond PERFECT, from my first contact over the phone with Jaclyn until we left. Jaclyn was AWESOME helping us plan this surprise. The set-up, decorations, food, and most importantly the service exceeded our expectations. Jaclyn, her manager, and the ladies at the front desk were very professional and just as excited as we were in making sure everything went well. Jaclyn treated us like family and that meant so much to me. She took so much stress off me and allowed me to trust her with planning the perfect night for the newly engaged couple. Our family and friends were so pleased with the service that was provided. Embassy Suites Crabtree is GREAT!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR EVERYTHING!!!!
