I have to say the whole service team especially the service manager Sean Finn are some of the rudest people in the automotive industry I've ever dealt with.I've actually sat there with disgust and listen to them talk to other.they will do work on your car without your signature authorizing it and then expect you to pay the bill or the hold your car hostage. They're nothing but a bunch of overpriced rude ignorant people and I would honestly drive elsewhere to get your car serviced unless you like getting ripped off. The owner isn't much better and doesn't care to listen and they think they can survive on the BMW brand alone. I wish I could give zero stars but it doesn't let me to everyone go elsewhere avoid these people at all cost
