We booked a Deluxe King room with a view of Time Square, that was suppose to be a corner room with 2 window pains through Millenniums own website. What we got was a deluxe king room, that was on the backside of the hotel, with a small view of Time Square. I immediately noticed this after waiting until 5pm to check into our room. The manager on duty that night told me that this room is part of the deluxe king package, and all other rooms were booked up. I told him that this room (4201) looked nothing like the room shown online, and this very disappointing that I was going to pay $1,800 for 3 nights, for a room that I didn't want in the first place. The manager told me that they were aware of the picture on their own website as well as their corporate offices which doesn't match up to any of the rooms. The manager on duty only apologized yet did nothing else to satisfy me, or my wife. The manager told me that corporate would be contacting me shortly about this issue. So far 5 days later no one contacted us, and we had to pay $1,800 for a room that was not acceptable, and was booked under misleading advertisement from this hotels own web-site. The staff in the lobby needless to say was not very out going nor pleasant to deal with. I can say, the only person that smiled and greeted us was the housekeeper every morning. This was our first, and last time staying at The Millennium Hotels. As you can tell in the picture below, these are two different views. The first room was the room shown on their website which is the one I booked. The second room is what we got instead.....very disappointed. I suggest that if you are looking for a great hotel, I would recommend any another hotel in Time Square. Anyone, but this one!!
