I had my certified service done the service was in a timely manner but the technician that did my service forgot to reset my service needed warning so I had to call and they sent me a link to a video so I had to do it myself which wasn't difficult but I shouldn't have had to do it. They also put a blank sticker on my windshield to let me know the mileage or time for my next service. Tge sticker was there but was blank so when I called about they said they will mail me a sticker with the information. All of this was not major issues but I would have to say I have had better and more complete and payed attention to detail in the past.
