Excellent room and check in, as well as rooming cleaning service. However considering the amount of money we are spending to stay here, hotel guests should get priority to lobby bar for food and drinks. We are frequent travelers to Fairmont properties and definitely have seen better service to hotel guests at other locations. Also not having access to the pool for the entire day is ridiculous and should be told to guests prior to booking. One of the main reasons we booked this hotel was the pool availability.
