My daughter at the age of 19 died in HCPC. After b...

My daughter at the age of 19 died in HCPC. After being in there only 36 hours. Supposably under 72 1/1 suicide watch. She supposably hung herself in the shower . I was not contacted for over 3 hours. She was already body bagged at Bed Taub. I WAS NEVER GIVEN ANY ANSWERS OR ABLE TO SUE BECAUSE HARRIS COUNTY OWES THE HOSPITAL... Evelyn Lowa Gabrielle Gray is her name. 9/10/86-1/29/16... never take let your loves ones go there!!!
