In an effort to be factual I thought I would set the record straight concerning your review.
All of my correspondence was with your husband Mike from beginning to end when your $100 deposit was returned with documentation showing such.
Every phone call from Mike was answered or returned within minutes.
The scope of work discussed between us included a new front stoop and new portico posts which you ultimately did not have done with the company you used. I would need to get the approval from my office as the scope including the stoop/posts in addition to the siding may not work.
After my office reviewed the cost and remeasured your home a second time it was determined that the numbers did not work.
At that time Mike was notified. No money was exchanged and an option was discussed to do the siding only.
Mike declined and went with another option. The deposit return request was submitted. Again, EVERY phone call was responded to. I returned the deposit myself when Mike was unhappy at the time it was taking.
