I had a problem with a rental and I could not get the needed assistance from Air B&B. They would not call me to help resolve the issues they only called at the beginning to make sure if I left the property, that I booked another AirB&B. After that they kept closing the ticket and refused to help me. I can't see any reason to continue to book through them. I have recently retired so I will be traveling a lot. They will NOT be getting my business.
