It's not that i dislike it. It's that it's changed. I was there(in-house) 7 years ago. We had a lot more rules & restrictions. Some people couldn't abide w/that. Those people came & went & quite often again & again. I was happy(maybe a little bit strong of a word) 4 the rules. I probably wouldn't b alive, if it wasn't 4 HALO. I've been in their housing program 4 7 yrs now. I wish my neighbors had 2 follow the same rules i do.
